pub fn stdin() -> Stdin
Constructs a new handle to the standard input of the current process.
Each handle returned is a reference to a shared global buffer whose access is synchronized via a mutex. If you need more explicit control over locking, see the lock() method
.
Using implicit synchronization:
use std::io::{self, Read}; let mut buffer = String::new(); io::stdin().read_to_string(&mut buffer)?;
Using explicit synchronization:
use std::io::{self, Read}; let mut buffer = String::new(); let stdin = io::stdin(); let mut handle = stdin.lock(); handle.read_to_string(&mut buffer)?;
