The static SIMD.%type%.div()
method returns a new instance with the lane values divided (a / b
). This function is defined only on floating point SIMD types.
SIMD.Float32x4.div(a, b) SIMD.Float64x2.div(a, b)
b
A new corresponding SIMD data type with the lane values of a
and b
divided (a / b
).
var a = SIMD.Float32x4(2, 2, 2, 2); var b = SIMD.Float32x4(4, 4, 4, 4); SIMD.Float32x4.div(a, b); // Float32x4[0.5, 0.5, 0.5, 0.5] var c = SIMD.Float64x2(6, 2); var d = SIMD.Float64x2(3, 3); SIMD.Float64x2.div(c, d); // Float64x2[2, 0.66666666]
