CSS property defines the logical block start offset of an element, which maps to a physical offset depending on the element's writing mode, directionality, and text orientation. It corresponds to the top

property depending on the values defined for writing-mode

It relates to offset-block-end
, offset-inline-start
, and offset-inline-end
, which define the other offsets of the element.
