::marker

This is an experimental technology
Because this technology's specification has not stabilized, check the compatibility table for usage in various browsers. Also note that the syntax and behavior of an experimental technology is subject to change in future versions of browsers as the specification changes.

The ::marker CSS pseudo-element represents the marker box of a list item (e.g. the bullet point or item number).

Only a small subset of CSS properties can be used in a rule using ::marker in its selector: color, text-combine-upright, and all font properties.
